In 1996, FB LAZARO CONSTRUCTION, indulged in general construction, and expanded into complete conceptualized designing and supply under PORTABLE STRUCTURES TRADING. Both companies had focused themselves in the field of engineering and designs. Over the years, the two entities were able to prove themselves by constantly developing their expertise and resources thru skills, additional training and enhancement aimed towards client’s satisfaction. 

Early 2017, a big leap was decided, when the two organizations expanded and merged to form "INGENIUM WERKS CORPORATION", a Cebu-based construction firm organized in March 2017. It is 100% Filipino-owned and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Reg. No. CS201707949 dated March 17, 2017. The move to incorporate was geared to increase efficiency and admit additional capitalization.

The corporation’s philosophy is “We aim to build beautiful homes and buildings that will make you comfortable while protecting the environment”. After all, we know our own success will come from helping our clients succeed.

Among our stockholders, it is this philosophy that brought us together. We know this will spell us success. We aim to keep a low profile and let our work speak for us.
